Our Hiring Process
"Transparent" is one of our company values, but it's not just a word on our website. We believe that transparency leads to accountability and we understand that the job application process isn't always clear, so we want to let you know exactly what to expect when you apply for a job here.
Apply Online
View our open roles and apply for the ones that excite you the most! We don't use AI to screen applications because it's important to us that your resume is reviewed by a real person. Our hiring team will review your submission and will contact you to set up an initial interview if there's a match for the position you applied for.
Interviews
Most of our interviews are conducted virtually via Zoom. We may arrange on-site interviews for select roles, but the Talent Acquisition team will always notify you ahead of time if we'd like to meet you in-person.

- Values Alignment interview: The Values Alignment interview is our initial introduction and is focused on learning more about each other and the ways we work. You’ll chat with our Talent Acquisition team about your background and experience and we’ll give you an opportunity to ask any questions you have about the role itself or Coforma in general.
- Skills Alignment interview: The Skills Alignment interview is where we'll discuss your knowledge, skills, and expertise and how you'll use them in the role. Before we schedule this interview, you’ll be asked to sign a Mutual NDA so that we can talk about our work in greater detail with you (this NDA will also cover anything you share with us regarding your past work and experience).
- Executive interview: The Executive interview is the final interview in our process where you’ll meet with someone from our leadership team. They'll ask some final questions to determine your fit for the role and Coforma overall, but the main focus is to answer any remaining questions you have and to discuss what your potential future working here may look like.
*The specific steps listed may vary slightly depending on the role you’re interviewing for, but we’ll always let you know about any changes or additional steps ahead of time.
Reference Checks and Offer
Our Talent Acquisition team will ask you to provide contact information for two references we can speak with that can give us insight into your career growth needs and how to best set you up for success at Coforma. Once reference checks are completed, we’ll verbally discuss the details of our offer with you and will follow up with a formal offer letter to join Coforma.
Background Checks
After accepting an offer, the Talent Acquisition team will guide you through the pre-employment background check process, which typically takes between 2-4 business days to complete (this might not be the most exciting step, but we promise the wait will be worth it!)
Onboarding
Once your background check is complete, our onboarding team will reach out to provide you with an orientation schedule, tracking information for your company-provided laptop, and the rest of the information you'll need to prepare for your first day and beyond.
